I booked a tour through Viator and the voucher showed up in my email quickly, so that part was reassuring. I always feel like if a company takes your money upfront, the least they can do is make the confirmation clear and easy to access, and Viator mostly did that.
Redeeming it at the ticket desk was okay, but not totally seamless. The staff had to scan it twice and double-check my name, which added a few extra minutes. It wasn’t a huge problem, but when people are lining up and planning their day, it feels only fair that the process should be a bit smoother.
In the end, the tickets were valid and we got in without any real trouble. I’d probably use Viator again, but I’d definitely keep screenshots ready next time in case the app is slow or the desk needs to check details.
