"This is a Must Do!"
We did a private tour for two. You never know what you’ll get with a new tour and guide. This was the best experience ever, and we’ve taken tours all over the world. Norma was our guide and Esteban was our driver.
From the second she started until we ended back at the resort, it was perfect! She was very knowledgeable, without overwhelming us with information. Both were genuinely warm and friendly. We were given bottled water as needed. We did Chichén Itzá first and absolute thought we knew about it, welp, apparently Discover doesn’t fact check! We loved walking into history. From the description Norma gave us, I could picture a sprawling city and dancers, games, etc.
The cenote was amazing . Who knew the water was actually clear? Word to the wise, iPhones are NoT waterproof, especially if it is not brand new. The don’t recommend taking them swimming. The place wasn’t crowded at all. The lunch was very good traditional Mayan food. The safety protocols were among the best I’ve seen since Covid started.
Then we went to a small town center and enjoyed walking in a park and eating ice cream peddled by an older gentleman. It was corn ice cream, and it was surprisingly very good! Try new things!
Lastly, we took the long drive back to the resort. Norma allowed us to rest and enjoy the ride. Esteban was a great driver, no abrupt stopping or breaking. Followed all traffic rules, etc.
We love this tour company, and after dozens of trips to a Cancun, we finally decided to do this tour, having ignored it due to the distance away. We do not regret it!

"I had an issue with a booking that was quickly resolved"
I had an issue with a booking that needed to be changed from one day to the next. I contacted the operator, got his approval, and then emailed customer care. I got a positive response within 24 hours.

I wish during Covid all experiences and activities were flexible and no sales were final. I would give me more security to book. Or have a covid-issues related hotline. Just a recommendation :)

"Totally Happy Camper"
I used viator for booking in Dubai, Thailand and Singapore. Loved their customer care! I missed one of the tours and they refunded me everything. Other tours were fantastic, timely and very friendly. Have recommended my friends as well and they enjoyed their tours as well. So far so good!
